Swing Finder sells research credits. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: you pay only when you choose to buy a bundle of credits.
Used credits
Revealing a research note spends 1 credit to unlock that note for you. Once a note is unlocked the credit has been used, and a used credit is not refundable. You agree to this when you buy credits.
Unused credits
You can request a refund of credits you have not used within 14 days of purchase. We refund them at the price you paid for that bundle, back to your original payment method. The most we can refund is the number of credits still in your balance, valued at that bundle's per-credit price.
How to request a refund
Email gregory.bford.brown@icloud.com from, or quoting, the email on your account, and tell us which purchase you would like refunded. Refunds are processed through Stripe.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
